Agency Update: COVID-19

COVID-19 UPDATE 3/23/2020

Due to the ongoing health concerns regarding COVID-19, and in an effort to keep both our customers and our team members safe, our office will begin working in a “lockdown” mode. Staff will be in the office during regular business hours to answer our phones and emails, and we will be able to continue taking payments by phone; however, our office door will be locked and our employees will be working reduced hours.

We are able to do many things by phone or email, including:

  • Payments via check (EFT) or debit/credit card (most companies)
  • Provide billing information and phone numbers/websites to complete payments directly through your company
  • Update policy information and/or submit policy changes
  • Work on quoting for new polices
  • Answer policy questions or address other concerns you may have

While we are attempting to limit possible exposure for both our clients and agents, we are still here to serve. If you are unable to complete your payment by phone or mail, please let us know. We are adopting a plan to retrieve your payment without the need to leave your vehicle. We can also provide temporary ID cards, binders for new vehicles, and other documents if you’re unable to receive them by fax or email – simply call or email your agent to request the needed information and we’ll make the appropriate arrangements.

These new measures will go into effect until further notice. We appreciate your understanding and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

COVID-19 UPDATE 3/18/2020

In an overabundance of caution, we will be doing all we can to protect our clients.

We will be taking calls during regular office hour and meeting with clients on an as-needed basis, but will be attempting to limit face to face interaction as much as possible.

If a visit to the office is necessary, please use the proper precautions to ensure your health and the health of the people around you. Follow the CDC recommendations and do not go out if unwell, cover your coughs and sneezes, wash your hands frequently, and maintain space around you. 

In regards to payments:

  • Call us to complete payments by phone
  • Call your company to make payments by phone. Many have a 24-hour billing number.
  • Pay online through company websites or apps
  • Account and policy numbers, along with toll-free phone numbers and websites, are generally found on the billing invoice.

In regards to policy changes:

  • Call or email your agent
  • Call the customer service number for your company
  • Request online changes through company websites that offer the option

In regards to new policies:

  • We have e-signature capabilities for applications
  • Most down payments can be completed by phone with checking account information (EFT) or a debit/credit card
